MEAN WELL new ultra-slim SLD-50 series is officially released after the SLD-80 series. With the launch of SLD-50 series, 

the whole linear type product line is fully completed. The SLD series is especially suitable for decorative lighting/advertising 

light boxes and linear luminaires.
 
In addition to ultra-slim size features, this series also meets SELV and isolation circuit design, which is suitable for usage in 

various indoor lighting fixtures. Another key point is the 56V model adopts the constant power output design, 

applicable for LED design in the range of 30V~56V. It also provides Adjustable current Io function to reduce design compatible 

issue and greatly reduce the stock number.
 
At present, MEAN WELL has a complete linear design product line, composed of newly launched SLD-50/80 series 

(50/80W) and LDC-35/55/80 series (35/55/80W). The main differences between these two series are: the SLD series is 

a Class 2/II plastic insulation housing design, and adds 12V/24V output voltage. It is used for LED strips with normal 

constant voltage or constant current, especially for backlight applications of some advertising light boxes or linear luminaire application.

In contrast, the LDC series applies metal housing Class I and meet SELV isolation design with various dimming functions, 

such as Push Dim/3 in 1 and DALI 2 dimming. It is suitable for high-end commercial lighting products such as office or Trunking light.

SLD-80 시리즈 이후 새로운 울트라 슬림 SLD-50 시리즈가 공식적으로 출시된다. SLD-50 시리즈를 출시하면서, 전체 선형형 제품군이 완성되었다.

SLD 시리즈는 특히 장식적인 조명/광고 라이트 박스와 선형 조명 장치에 적합하다.

이 시리즈는 초슬림 크기 기능 외에도 다양한 실내 조명 설비에 사용하기에 적합한 SELV 및 절연 회로 설계도 충족한다. 

또 다른 핵심은 56V 모델이 30V~56V 범위의 LED 설계에 적용 가능한 정전압 출력 설계를 채택한다는 것이다. 

또한 설계 호환 이슈를 줄이고 주식 번호를 크게 줄일 수 있도록 조정 가능한 전류 Io 기능을 제공한다.

현재 MEAN WELL은 완전 선형 설계 제품군을 보유하고 있으며, 새로 출시된 SLD-50/80 시리즈(50/80W)와 LDC-35/55/80 시리즈(35/55/80W)로 구성되어 있다. 

이 두 시리즈 간의 주요 차이점은 SLD 시리즈는 등급 2/II 플라스틱 절연 하우징 설계로 12V/24V 출력 전압을 추가한다는 것이다. 

정상 정전압 또는 정전류를 가진 LED 스트립에 사용되며, 특히 일부 광고용 라이트 박스 또는 선형 루미나이어 어플리케이션의 백라이트 어플리케이션에 사용된다.

이와는 대조적으로, LDC 시리즈는 금속 하우징 클래스 I을 적용하고 1의 푸시 딤/3과 DALI 2 조광 등 다양한 조광 기능을 갖춘 SELV 격리 설계를 충족한다.
